Ноутбук принесли без инициализации. Включается, индикация включения работает, картинки на экране нет.
Разбираем, смотрим — мам дорогая, что это?
На северном мосте и на видеочипе вместо термопрокладок толстенный слой термопасты КПТ-8.
Звоним клиенту, спрашиваем, что это такое?
Оказывается, на прошлой неделе он отдал ноутбук на чистку системы охлаждения. Почистили. Шуметь ноутбук перестал, зато умер северный мост от перегрева.
Цена ремонта 5600 руб. Клиент дает добро.
Снимаем старый мост 216-0752001, зачищаем место установки чип и ставим новую микросхему.
Собираем ноутбук, проверяем — все работает.
