How to Disassemble Honor 6C Pro

Honor 6C Pro owners rarely complain about the quality of their smartphone, but users can still face various problems. To solve them, in some cases, a complete disassembly of Honor 6C Pro is required. In such cases, it is strongly recommended to contact the service center, but if there is no such possibility, then you can disassemble Honor 6C Pro yourself.

Necessary tools

Honor 6C Pro, like any other smartphone, cannot be disassembled without using special tools. They are usually sold in a kit that usually includes:

• plastic card or mediator;
• suction cup;
• a small Phillips-head screwdriver;
• isopropyl alcohol;
• napkins.

You can begin disassembling the device only if you have all the necessary tools. And, since Honor 6C Pro has a non-removable battery, this process will be quite complicated and requiring accuracy.

Honor 6C Pro disassembly process

To carry out a careful disassembly of the smartphone, let’s take as a basis the process of performing this action in the service center.

1. Turn off the smartphone.
2. Remove the SIM card and memory card tray.
3. Put the smartphone down with the screen. It is recommended to heat the telephone on the separator to facilitate disassembly.
4. Attach the suction cup to the lid of the smartphone.

13. Remove the SIM card carriage.
14. Disconnect the display ribbon cable.
15. Peel off the sticker that holds the battery.
16. Pull it and remove the battery.
17. Detach the inter-board ribbon cable that is located under the battery.
18. Disconnect the coaxial cable and the fingerprint scanner ribbon cable.
19. Remove the motherboard.
